The news this morning said the police had a call that someone was in the river but they did not find anyone. Is this the same incident? Because the river rescue and police both said no one was found. But your report is different. I live between Schuylkill and Seneca and thought my car was safe on my street. Guess I better keep a better eye on things in my neighborhood.
