btw, my comment yesterday about giving your t-shirt profits to charity was just bustin’ yr nuts. A Guinness is a “worthy cause.”

Get this…
The Erie Art Museum recently began offering a “green” membership process, all electronic, thus costly less for them I’d assume. Yet the “green” membership dues are about $10 higher across the board of membership levels. It just boggles the mind that we end up paying more for less, that people losing money and desperate to keep something going bridge the budget gap with insane initiatives and think we will just bite like stupid, hungry fish.

So here’s just another case of someone pissing on you and telling you it’s raining.

why charge more when offering less and less each day?

Probably because the alternative is shutting down. Nobody is getting rich selling newspapers. When looking at the nationwide trends, we really should just be happy that we still do have a local daily.
