The second installment of the blogHarrisburg/Harrisburg Twitter/AnyKindOfMedia meetup is happening tonight- Thursday, June 19 at The Abbey Bar at Appalachian Brewing Company from 6-8PM.
These are informal meet-n-greet/discussion groups focused on new media and blogging in the Harrisburg area.
Anyone who writes ANY kind of blog, e-newsletter, e-publication is invited to attend.
Last months inaugural meetup saw the likes of HarrisburgNightlife.com, Capital Ideas with John Micek, Floor9, The Linglestown Gazette, By Daniel Victor, Roxbury News and a handful of Twitterers in attendance.
Topics included gaining more traffic, self-censorship and ethical blogging and, of course, a good healthy PennLive discussion. (Daniel, I promise we’ll steer away from that topic this time)

Hey, I’ve got no problem with a good Pennlive discussion. It’s therapeutic.
I’ll be there. I have a CoC event right before but I guess I’m just going to have an interesting night.
I’m working, but I’ll be calling off in order to make this. With a little (lot) of luck I’ll even have my new Mini-Laptop ™. I felt so … exposed … last time without any form of computational goodness.
Lord willing I plan to attend. Good stuff!
I may be there if my date flakes out on me. It’s a long bike ride for me though.
Would be great to finally meet you man- and well worth the 1.2 mile trip from Midtown. Just stay on the main streets and you’ll be alright. Either that or carry a jousting stick with you to blast through those packs of kids on Penn and Green
