Santa Spotted on Penn Street
Driving down Penn Street between Kelker and Hamilton earlier today, I didn’t get stuck behind a garbage truck or UPS delivery van like I normally do.
No, today, I was stuck behind what appeared to be another homeless guy strolling through our fine city.
But when the guy turned around, he looked more like what Santa would look like…if Santa were from Harrisburg.
