Good news on the McCormick Island Rave arrests-

District Justice Barbara Pianka dismissed 42 cases in addition to 9 which were heard earlier this month.

A Federal law suit has been filed on behalf of approximately 50 of those individuals, alleging their civil rights were violated when they were strip-searched at Dauphin County Prison. Attorneys also plan a suit against the city …
