I’ve been quietly observing all of the reaction to this past weekend’s fiasco on McCormick Island in Harrisburg-
And *sort of * wanted to write something about it- but there are PLENTY Of opinions flying around.
Mostly from supporters of the promoters-
But if you haven’t read it yet- do go and read Nancy Eshelman’s piece in today’s paper/PennLive.
I have a new-found respect for Nancy.
I can’t really get too into this for reasons that are beyond my control. Like you, I’ve also been kicking around the idea of a reply, but I am not entirely sure how to go about my opinion. As such, I’m going to sit this one out. But one thing I can’t help but point out is that Nancy’s column is not entirely accurate. If she modified her comparison to include “breaking into the neighbor’s house without permission”, then she’d be a little closer.
