Hate to say it, but maybe your asking too much?
I’ve seen houses listed and sold in the last 90 days. Don’t be offended; my realtor buddy told me that everyone thinks their house is worth more than what someone will actually pay for it. Of course now that you’ve moved back in you’re probably better off waiting for someone to bite at the price you think is right. (heh: here’s to unsolicited advice!)
