Harrisburg City Police are investigating a rash of burglaries in the downtown, midtown, and uptown areas of Harrisburg City. In one of the latest burglaries, a witness was located and assisted with the above composite of a suspect.

I can’t see the pic (stupid work browser) but the description is vague at best “kinda short youngish black guy hanging around Midtown”? That could be anyone.
