I was having a bit of an unexplainable issue with my old YouTube media player for about a month- hence the relative shortage of videos here lately- but I’ve found a new one- thanks again to Spike Bonez-

YouTube is currently re-encoding all of their videos into H.264, in part for iPhone accessibility. It should be complete within the next few weeks. I noticed that about half of my videos weren’t playing, and YouTube’s tech support gave this as the cause.
