We really do need a monorail. Just erect it over 581.
Maybe Mayor Reed can propose that in his next term?

And all kidding aside- (and I did try explaining this to you at Midtown)- i DO hope to see the arts center come to fruition- but considering the city’s history with project announcements, I’ll have to keep this in the “I’ll believe it when I see it” file.
