Mount Midtown

Some may argue that it’s a sign of positive growth for Midtown Harrisburg.

But neighbors will say it’s just a big pile of dirt.

Sure, sure…it represents progression and new development- but couldn’t they find a better place for it? I mean really–it’s not like there aren’t fifty vacant lots in the immediate area that are better homes-

It’s funny too- when we were looking at sites for our Christmas Tree lot that eventually wound up at Front and Verbeke, this lot was our first pick- but we were turned down.

So I wonder how much rent Vartan is receiving for this monstrosity?

Oh, and it looks to be pretty secure too- (that’s a little thing we bloggers use called “sarcasm”)
